    Pros

Good company overall with a decent culture.

    Cons

Horrifying management practices, organization which thrives on politics & they will put politicians to shame. Incompetent HR & top management by which middle management gets away with horrible decisions & best part is no one takes accountability for it...

    Advice to Management

A stitch in time saves nine.

    Pros

You can reach out to top management, but nothing will actually be done. Office Location and Facilities which include gym, snacks, lunch....

    Cons

Immature managers who thinks desks are for resting legs. Managers and Director who have technical capaibities comparable to a fresher, but are very capable in systematically targetting people, even though a senior manager was made to leave and half the team left in a six month duration, encouraging group politics, dividing and encouraing groupism still continues. If you are a technical person and expect career growth or dont like to attend day long meetings without actually discussing anything, think twice.

    Advice to Management

Teams which treat technical talent as commodities, will find it really difficult to fight the competiton. Managers and Director are a role, basically to facilitate a product growth, not authoriative dictators.

I worked at Citrix as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Only that employee is given opportunity to get certifications which will be company sponsor

    Cons

Lot of politics than politics which exist in India. Very unprofessional environment. People dont get promotions based on their hard work. Very cheap environment to work with.

    Advice to Management

Instead of taking feedback from tls they also need to listen to every employee what they have to say. If the management did something effective cheap politics would not have existed there. Worst place i have ever worked. May be companies other than Bangalore is good but not sure.

    Pros

    Goof Food Benefits.
Cab facility which flexible accordingly and door to door facility.
    WFH
    Leave Benefits

    Cons

    Complete burden on your solders.
Used to treat you like slave and permanent team members show off like king.
Promised you that they would give permanent position but rather giving you permanent position would provide you excuses about your performance and nature if you have performed outstanding ,that does not matter in front of Team, Manager or Management.
End of the cycle hires new contractor and same things would continue.
Uses to take interview like giving you permanent position.

But Clearly only Contractors are the people who used to work outstanding.
