    flexibility with schedule, excellent opportunity to build basic office/admin skill sets, tutoring/teaching experience, and personal projects

    Cons

    As part-time, was not allowed to work more than 20 hours per week.

    Are able to study if it is slow, there have limits on what students are able to do. Help you learn what you are studying. Flexible hours

    Pros

    When you study at full time in a college, its good to also work at the same place, and that's very convenient.

    Cons

    sometimes you wait for the walk in tutor, and no body really need to be helped. you just wait there and do your own homework.

    Citrus has a very strong working relationship between the administration and faculty which is rather rare in Community College work environments.

    Full-Time work not available in my field
