I worked at City College of San Francisco part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great for killing time between classes as a student and to interact with students and staff.

    Cons

$10.25/hr and no benefits and you get less than 12 hrs. a week.

    Advice to Management

Hire less aides and give them more hours or pay more money.

  3. "Office Assistant"

I worked at City College of San Francisco part-time

    Pros

Staff are very understanding and nice. Have the chance to work on your homework when things are slow in the office.

    Cons

Not too many cons that I can think of. Only downside would probably be the amount of pay - San Francisco is expensive, so sometimes the salary doesn't afford you much.

    Advice to Management

There is no advice to management because I have not been a manager up to now and my intention is to keep teaching
