    I worked at City Garden Hotels full-time

    Pros

    Great collegues, friendly people from other departments. Discounts on Hotel food and room rates. Other benefits and HMO once regularized. Seminars and other activities were held for employee growth.

    Cons

    Employee facilities most especially the cafeteria and locker rooms needs overall renovation. Additional beds in the sleeping quarters. Employee food is okay but needs improvement.

    Friendly employees. Good managers (some). Salary increase yearly. Standard benefits with health card. Fast Promotion. Visits other properties in different places.

    Work of other department sometimes be given to your department.

    its is ISO recognised hotel so everything got its procedure how to do things which makes things more easy and standardise to all.

    The back of the house is small.

    Too much internal competition can be lethal.
