    Pros

City Utilities is a great company to work for. Great benefits and very little turnover. A welcoming environment. Weekly payday, which was surprisingly nice.

    Cons

Can be a little stuffy at times. Because of the low turnover rate, it tends to be an older workforce which can be a little intimidating for young professionals.

    Advice to Management

Create a more casual atmosphere that is attractive to young professionals.

    Pros

Got to experience many different projects and see many different sides of engineering. All the people that I worked with were great and many where willing to help with and answer any questions I had.

    Cons

Unless your boss comes up with projects for you or they having something specific for you to do when you come on they do not give you hardly any responsibility. Opportunities to move up or become full time are limited since most stay with the company their entire career.

    Pros

Great place to work. Very friendly environment with knowledgeable people to work with.

    Cons

Interns (or co-ops) are tossed around from department to department too often. Just when you feel like you have a hang of things, your job description changes.
