I have been working at City of Asheville full-time for more than 5 years

        Pros

COA has a lot of awesome employees. My coworkers are smart and talented and a pleasure to work with. I feel like I am part of a team that's moving in the right direction, together.

        Cons

The benefits are great, but compensation is quite low. I would make about 50% more working a very similar job in the Triangle.
