    Pros

    Great hours, nice people, capable managers. Open door policy and everyone is very easy to speak with. Great internship.

    crappy boss he was too busy micro managing people
    would not let you do your job

    Let your people do their job with limited supervision.
    if you have to baby sit them may be they should not be there.

    Cons

    Poor management, rigid bureaucracy, very hierarchical, respectful workplace concerns at higher level of management.

    Pros

    Great place to work. Lots of opprotunities for career growth and development. The people you work with are very knowledgeable and helpful.

    Cons

    Because of the sheer size of the organisation, there is a lot of miss communication. The left hand doesn't talk to the right hand some times. The policies in one business unit don't necessarily transfer to another and the management style is night and day between groups and business units.

    Better coordination and a consistent policy accross the board
