    Great city to work for. lots of good communication and some departments allow flex scheduling as well as several benefits options so you can choose what is best for you and your family.

    Cons

    The hiring process can take a while.

    Pay above minimum wage, great training opportunities, paid time off, holiday pay, flexible scheduling, flexible interview times

    Takes a while to hear back about job status after interview (has gotten better than it has been)

    Pros

    Love working with the kids ..Maybe one day I can look back and see they actually turn their life around.

    Cons

    Some of my coworkers lie lie lie it’s really pathetic it’s hard to be in a environment like that and to top it off they get showed the most respect from the supervisor..Supervisor gossip bout everyone’s business.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..Give us evaluation with no raise don’t make any sense.Money should match what you saying on my evaluation.
