    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at City of Davenport full-time

    Pros

Great benefits, growing number of company activities, good pay, a lot of interdepartmental relationships

    Cons

Not really much culture, it's government so there is a lot of bureaucracy and red tape, the public can be rude and/or hostile when dealing with employees, a lot of pushing off of work to other departments/lower-level employees, training is very minimal

    Advice to Management

Foster better interdepartmental relationships, nail down job duties and stick to them
