    I have been working at City of El Paso full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Relatively low stress, no work on Fridays, good benefits.

    Cons

    Much lower pay than the other big cities in Texas.

    Good benefits Good work environment Get to make a positive impact Interesting work Lots of opportunities for advancement Easy to get along with coworkers and management Awesome 4 day a week, 10 hour a day schedule

    Cons

    There have not been a lot of cons. Sometimes human resources can be fairly bureaucratic to deal with, but no real complaints.
