    Big department, big opportunity to move around to specialized units with better pay and some of the best training in the nation.

    Big department, bigger issues, more national spotlight when mistakes are made, and more call load.

    Politics, no budget for safety, there are some egos that get in the way of safety at times in certain divisons, it takes forever to get anything approved, lots of red tape, when looking to reduce budget safety is cut first, hurry-up and wait, need more safety professionals in larger departments (quit cutting safety to reduce budget), No raises for 2021
