    Positive Outlook

I have been working at City of Helsinki full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

City of Helsinki offers lots of possibilities for its personnel, since there are almost 40 000 employees. You are encouraged to work in different positions to help the city. Possibilities to educate yourself are quite good. There are, for example, several management courses you can be part of. Vacations are also long enough.

    Cons

Byrocracy makes things a bit sloe and can be frustrating at times. Wages could be better, but they are not that bad after all.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!
