    Pros

good benifits (when i was hired) now there are next to none for new hires..good people to work alongside..great pride and professionalism..all american city several times..good location for outdoor activities..great city to be part of !!

    Cons

upper management needs to retire and let new blood refresh things..NC should have 30 yr mandatory retirement..next to no decent benefits for new hires..no raises across the board for past 3 yrs due to recession..future unknown

    Advice to Management

    nothing to say
