    Pros

Great environment and coworkers encourage you to learn. There are some disgruntled workers but they love the security, so are unlikely to quit. Great benefits but questionable pay structure and job qualifications matching to positions.

    Cons

Job titles and job descriptions on the job postings are very misleading as well as the pay structure. People are getting paid more with less education and doing less work those qualified in other positions getting paid way less. It really seems to be about tenure, but it's still not very clear...the methodology makes no sense. Do your research before you sell yourself short. I got hired on and not even weeks later a job was posted with less qualifications than my current job that I could have easily qualified for making nearly 10-15K more. I'm livid, especially since in the salary negotiation process they refused to pay me more a couple thousands more.

    Advice to Management

None, I think HR is truly this issue.
