    Opportunities are available for advancement typically the people that you would work with are good people.

    The organization is not very proactive, it is very tradition driven. The lack of preplanning huts the organization and limits the growth.

    I worked at City of Houston full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    One of the very few jobs for Foreign Medical Graduates. 3 different shifts. 2 of them allow the employee to have an extra Part-Time job.

    Cons

    Horrible atmosphere. Very poor leadership, management and consideration for employees. Favoritism. Gossip and division among coworkers are promoted by management.

    Advice to Management

    Provide a better atmosphere of free communication with employees. Treat everybody equally. Promote a healthier and secure atmosphere to employees.
