    Pros

    Good hours,flexible,lazy leadership,get paid every two weeks,their is not really any movement,branches with mangers,thier people look like the three stooges running a desk.....

    Cons

    Lousy training,lots of cheaters on the card system,to much gossip,lots of clicks,workers fund ways of not helping customers pay fees,lousy liars

    Advice to Management

    Management leaves branches hanging,upper management finds stool pigeons to take a fall,help your people learn this damm easy job,quit filling in gaps just because someone has a masters in shuffling books,open up spots to get new blood in,get rid of stagment people who been there as of 1985........or 2005.....upgrade from XP,and windows pro.......

    Holidays and paid time off. Employees are easy to work with. Same hours every week

    Cons

    Senior management is lacking. Rarely any opportunities for over time.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to feedback your employees are giving you. Customer service should be above all else next to treating your employees respectfully

    Opportunities are available for advancement typically the people that you would work with are good people.

    Cons

    The organization is not very proactive, it is very tradition driven. The lack of preplanning huts the organization and limits the growth.
