    You are helping disable individuals with developmental disabilities. Being able to manage their health issues and help them to integrate into the community with others. these are the pros

    I don't like being taken advantage of and or not being given a raise due to my work ethics.

    I worked at City of Houston full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    One of the very few jobs for Foreign Medical Graduates. 3 different shifts. 2 of them allow the employee to have an extra Part-Time job.

    Cons

    Horrible atmosphere. Very poor leadership, management and consideration for employees. Favoritism. Gossip and division among coworkers are promoted by management.

    Advice to Management

    Provide a better atmosphere of free communication with employees. Treat everybody equally. Promote a healthier and secure atmosphere to employees.
