    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Good community, and the people you work with are nice

    Cons

Lots of paper work; slow, inflexible environment, not a lot of room for advancement, most people have been in the same position for over 10 years

    Advice to Management

There needs to be a solid system for feedback and career advancement

    Recommends
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great healthcare, retirement pension, good vacation, good sick time, desent training, good respectable job for people to work at, can be enjoyable.

    Cons

Risk of injury/death compared to other jobs, not paid enough for what you have to do, can be very stressful.

    Advice to Management

I would have a hard time giving any advice. It is tough to find good police officers and also hard to find good management.
