    Positive Outlook

I have been working at City of Lafayette part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people are friendly and the pay isn't the worst around. There's a more laid back structure and it feels like you can be friends with your superiors a lot easier than most places

    Cons

Nothing major...the city is underfunded slightly though and a lot of stuff is a little older, and the uniform could have been a little better designed

    Pros

It was a fun and easy place to work, with time off given when necessary and the boss was easy to talk to.

    Cons

No room for upward movement. the job ended at the end of the summer so you have to find another job for the rest of the year.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the good work. You were easy to talk to and would listen to problems. Did not ride you all the time.
