I have been working at City of Mississauga Canada part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

most immediate supervisors are very helpful and supportive when they are needed. I love the family like environment of my coworkers, we are all around the same age (late teens, early 20s). scheduling is very flexible and you are given multiple long shifts throughout the week with many opportunities to pick up more sub shifts.

    Cons

higher supervisors have lately been implementing many new policies that do not make sense in an aquatics environment. some pools also have more drama amongst co-workers than others.
