    Pros

Paid garage parking, pleasant co-workers, nice view from my office.

    Cons

Terrible management, required to refer to one another as "Mr.", "Miss" or "Mrs." last name -- no first names were allowed. Employee of the month and team of the quarter was a joke -- the mayor informed all departments that they had to nominate at least 1 person from their department each month (regardless if the person deserved the nomination or not). Bickering between departments on dress code. And, if you happen to be working during a heavy rain storm, stay put -- the city floods and you'll never get home. 1980's technology.

    Advice to Management

Come into the 21st century with technology, management training for supervisors. Drop the Mr., Miss and Mrs. titles -- too old fashioned.
