    Management was really passionate about making the workplace a desirable place to be and fostered a team community

    Was quite unorganized
    meetings with multiple departments often took longer than needed

    Pros

    Great community and union. Everyone's happy and enjoys what they do, always friendly if asked advice. As long as you pull your weight it's rock solid employment.

    Cons

    Some bad apples but as long as your friendly everyone is super nice.
    -some micromanaging from foreman a but it's been getting better over the years with senior crew chiefs
    -seniority structure makes it hard to advance and get on full time.

    Knowing that you have done everything you could, and nothing went your way. But there is always tomorrow.

    Good environment and working with professionaals make you feel on top of the world and it gives you a sense of a professional. nice team efforts.

    Cons

    Working till late and no balance between personal life and corporate life. a very drilling exercise and makes you go mad at times and yes lots of politics involved.

    Please make your efforts diverted to professional front.
