I worked at City of Rochester part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

The people that you work with directly are usually very pleasant to work with and it has a really laidback vibe most of the time.

    Cons

This is an extremely unprofessional work environment. Full time staff can be petty and vindictive and have no idea how to properly handle any type of social situations. There's not really much room for upward advancements.

    Advice to Management

Show more appreciation for your staff and be more professional.
