Some great people work for the city, some team feel at times, city is run well as far as citizens are concerned
Cons
Have to work with some employees that if in the private sector would be long gone. Part time employees are overlooked in pay and benefits

Pros
Great coworkers and residents of the city. Cost of living increase each year. Progressive vacation and sick time, based on years served.
Cons
Not much room for advancement or movement. Asked to more with less over the years.
