    Pros

Bagel Fridays. Interesting vagrants on Sunset Blvd. Pay is OK.

    Cons

Completely creepy and un-transparent parent company (IAC). Caste system for vacay, parking spots. Uninspiring product.

    Advice to Management

Look at yourselves in the mirror. Don't purport to have values you shamelessly flout. Better for morale to just be open and transparent about your greed and indifference towards others.

    Pros

Free chips... I guess. Flexible hours.

    Cons

This company will suck the life out of you. They have created an environment of fear and constant chaos so employees learn to settle for just having a job instead of expecting to be treating decently and recognized for their work. Everyone is lying to cover their ass and there is no accountability. Oh, and parking sucks.

    Advice to Management

None, the company is going out of business anyway.

    Pros

Flexibility, good pay, opportunity for growth and smart people with a good environment

    Cons

Future is very uncertain, few rounds of layoffs and upper management needs to have a better vision

    Pros

    bagel on Friday, good pay

    Cons

Worst top tech management. No vision, No planning. only they do micro managing and firing people. So far, they fired 220+ people in just last 8 months. They got good experience on that.
400 capacity building not required for 40 people. They are going to merge to ask.com and move to SF.

    Advice to Management

    Nothing
