I worked at Claddagh Resources full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Senior staff are excellent mentors and were always happy to help no matter how frequent my need was.

There is great diversity in the people you speak to and jobs you work on. You will always be learning.

    Cons

Job can be frustrating with harder positions to find candidates for.
Also certain tools proved to be unreliable when I was there

    Advice to Management

Invest in more staff, there were several occasions when we had too many positions and a short time to fulfill.

Also a better purposed candidate database.
