I have been working at Claddagh Resources full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Claddagh has a great company culture with a collaborative environment that gives you a chance to learn from recruiters with deep industry experience. They also have fantastic clients and relationships in the industry.

    Cons

It can be a steep learning curve if you do not have prior technology experience.

    Advice to Management

They could revamp there training program. It is mostly Webinars and job shadowing.

I worked at Claddagh Resources full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The people you work with will share a common hatred towards management and the CEO. This is make your miserable time here a little more bearable.

    Cons

They are leaving fake reviews again. Mentioning companies like PwC, EY, Deloitte, IBM is all hog wash. It's literally 80% TCS and no one wants to work for them due to their reputation and poor treatment of employees.

One review said "It can be a steep learning curve if you do not have prior technology experience." What technology do you speak of?! Is it the learning curve to use LinkedIn or the Keurig?

CEO must of saw his rating drop so he asked employees to boost his scores back up.

    Advice to Management

Stop shielding employees from success due to your greed.

I worked at Claddagh Resources full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Independence and freedom to work on high level roles and large enterprise IT in the business of Mgmt Consulting. Think IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG, PwC, etc.

    Cons

High pressure, high quantity sales performance expectation to meet large quotas, with plenty of internal competition and guarding of resources and best practices. Low level of internal communication, sharing and camaraderie.

    Advice to Management

Strive to implement more training of best practices, encourage more teamwork and mutual support. Go for a trusting, positive vibe to encourage loyalty.

I worked at Claddagh Resources full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

At Claddagh, you work with some of the best clients in the business and since they fill a cross section of positions, you get to constantly learn new things. The company has outstanding leadership but believes in empowering its team members to make your career as successful as you want.

    Cons

Like most jobs, you get out of it what you put into it so there may be long hours to interview hard to get candidates or deal with west coast clients. Recruiting is a up and down business by nature so you need to be able to withstand change and deal with the drama of candidates changing their mind!

    Advice to Management

Keep it up! Improve benefits and flexible schedules.

    Pros

    You get a paycheck.....
    Free Soda and Coffee
Really really struggling to think of anything else positive.... this place is just the worst.

    Cons

This place is poison, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
    No leadership
    No training
No commission (CEO will come up with a way to not pay you)
CEO is a tyrant and has no time for anybody but himself all he wants is money and will burn out all his employees until they leave
Advised by upper management to focus on white candidates on several occasions.

All positive reviews on here have been written by the CEO in an attempt to boost ratings, if you want the truth read the negative ones.

    Advice to Management

Learn some morals and how to respect other human beings.

I worked at Claddagh Resources full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Not many except free soda and coffee.. All I honestly gained was a few good colleagues.

    Cons

Wow.. Where can I start?!? First, most of the positive reviews posted are asked by the CEO. Sad to see that you have to put fear in your employees to get good reviews instead of earning them. He's known to even send threatening emails if he feels you're not bringing enough revenue in. Training is a flat out JOKE with the COO, who smiles and she will claim that she will be there to answer any questions. That's if she has her door open for you to come in. Don't mess with her during lunch time or come in 2 mins early for a phone call. You'll be asked to come back. Never ever... have I worked at a company where people have to whisper! No one is allowed to talk and don't you dare get caught conversing at anyone's cubicle! It's the oddest company ever! No one talks during our weekly meetings or cares to help one another. Definitely onnot a place you can see yourself long term or benefits! No I u u401K and bonus.. That's a far fetch from ever happening!! If the CEO would come in sober and not worry about being the PRESIDENT of Ireland and please get the COO some help where she's not running around like a chicken... Maybe there could be some PROS working there but to be honest.. It was definitely a lesson learned.. If you see that the phone roster being edited every week and no one has been at the company for over 3 years. Trust your first gut.. And leave!

    Advice to Management

Stop focusing on being the next President for Ireland and focus on the company you have in Atlanta! If you can't even run a small staffing company.. What makes you think you can run a nation!?! COO-be REAL and support your team! Stop being afraid that others may take your job by offering to help when we all see you drowning! Let us RECRUITERS follow up with the clients and do our own closings! You can't control everything because that's the day you'll finally see.. Claddagh Resources up for sale again. He did it once.. What makes you think he won't again!? That's when you'll finally hear, "Sorry, I wish things could of worked out."

    Pros

You get your pay check and an opportunity to make commission with all odds against you.

    Cons

The CEO and COO used to send out another email describing that the glassdoor page is receiving negative reviews and that the employees need to boost their stats by writing him positive reviews. All the honest reviews hit this place on the head. CEO wants to sell and is never at the Norcross office. Only cares about UK business

I have been working at Claddagh Resources full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good opportunities to progress your career, 'build a business', and earn lots of money. You can double you're salary in a year plus and keep going, you're in control of what you earn. It's also really good to work for a leading recruitment company recognized within the market and you're seen as a specialist in what you recruit for.

    Cons

Long hours and the role can be stressful. Quite up and down. One day it feels like the best day of your life and the next is pretty bad. The main thing is if you're ambitious, confident and a people person who is motivated this is a fantastic company to work for.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps make the basic for the associate programme and the consultants a bit higher.

    Pros

Great opportunity to learn how to be a recruiter. My supervisor was very helpful. As an intern, you have lots of opportunities to talk with senior candidates and you can learn a lot.

    Cons

The salary for intern was a little low.
