I worked at Claire's Stores full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Salary & Flex Friday’s

    Cons

Misleading information about training. Upper management likes to pretend this company has it altogether, but they certainly do not. Training is a total mess. There’s no training structure whatsoever. Overall, this company needs more organization & less cady behavior around the office. There’s also no room for growth.

    Advice to Management

Please implement TRAINING sessions and manuals. It also wouldn’t hurt to update the programs used.
