I worked at Clariant North America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Relatively good work/life balance
    - Some of the people are great to work with
    - Reasonable benefits

    Cons

    - Management does not have a focus on operational improvement. Sales driven only. Reluctance to spend money on high value projects in favor of spending on sales team.
    - Loose HR. There are not consistent HR policies/practices across sites or divisions, especially when talking about career progression. One position that is supposed to be at one position can be offered at a much lower salary at a lower level if they feel that you will accept.
