Pros
- Free orange juice - Free tea and coffee - HAD a window seat
Cons
- Slave driver.. They want blood, but give nothing in return. - Unrealistic budgets/ targets set. Never get commission. Then when you do hit the unrealistic targets, they try their best not to pay it.. - Awful IT/ technology use. They use mercury - what a crap system!! - Senior management - very lazy, not helpful or approachable - with no sense of leadership. I wouldn't work here, nor would I recommend... working here. The best thing I did was leave :-)

Pros
I was asked to work on quite interesting projects actually within Russia and the East. That was a good change from working on unconventional events, I needed the change and that's interesting for me personally as a Russian speaker. I like being based in West London, it is convenient for me.
Cons
The offices are an absolute dump. I'm afraid the senior management team are absolutely clueless and treat their staff in a terrible way - There is no leadership - It is the blind leading the blind.
Advice to Management
Everyone that works here is planning their exit strategy - have the grace to admit defeat and step down. treat your staff better and employ managers that know what they are doing.
