I have been working at Clarion Hotels part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Some clients and employees try to make this a fun environment to work at. I can also sit alot and do some classwork or go on the internet if I so choose.

    Cons

No pay raises, no benefits, and no set schedule to work. I could work from 11PM to 8(?) AM one day and my next shift from 3 PM to 11PM the next and then 7AM to 3 PM another day all in the same week. On the 11PM shift, the reason for the question mark is that management is supposed to arrive at 8 AM, but almost never arrives there until 9 AM. I make $8.00 an hour.

    Advice to Management

Offer some sort of benefits, and give out pay raises . Encourage us, and compliment us more and please don't give out so many chastisements.
