Pros
Great company culture and dog-friendly offices!
Cons
If you allergic to dogs, just remember that the offices are dog friendly.

Pros
I interned here a few years ago. It's... experience. A well known company in the area that gives you the chance to learn and grow in your career. They always seem to be expanding so that's a good sign. I worked for the website (Webstaurant Store.com) and it was a god intro to the e-commerce world.
Cons
I jokingly referred to this place as the "playhouse" when I worked there, because all the employees are ridiculously young. I could probably count on two hands the amount of employees there over the age of 30, excluding the owners and top level management. I understand they want cheap labor, and I appreciate them giving recent grads a chance, BUT... this results in unqualified 25 and 26 year olds being given the title of "Vice President" and other middle management, which makes for some ridiculously arrogant bosses. I was told in the interview "we like to fire people", which didn't make my time there the most comfortable - especially after seeing someone get fired and then the boss laughing about it (granted it was deserved, but still...) If they trained a few of their managers to handle people better, this place would have been much more pleasant.

Pros
Advancement opportunities. Great culture. Emphasis on innovation and trying new things. From the top down, everyone seems to want to be here and do good work. Pay is good and the company seems to be taking a measured approach to expansion.
Cons
I honestly can't think of any cons to working here at Clark. (I'd hate to read a review with this comment, but that's all I got).

Pros
Culture- While working for Clark Associates I was part of the culture team in addition to being hired as a consildator and it was a delight to be a part of it. The company cared about improving the safety, creating and improving rewards for stand out employee's, improving the culture to make coming too work more positive and actually having an ear for what the employees had to stay and thought. Management- There was a hard work emphasis that was expected each day, but hard working individuals were noticed and rewarded by being recognized by management and thought of when better paying positions opened up. My managers were a pleasure to work along side with as they were willing to help the workers when we were extremely busy and needed an extra hand. Almost all the managers I worked for worked their way up to their current positions and so they understood what we were doing. Paid time off- While there was no separate sick time from personal time off, I feel that was a good thing as it prevented call offs from happening as often. It made it more fair for workers that actually cared and didn't call out all the time. When people got sick while at work management cared. You wouldn't feel guilty if you felt you needed to go home as some managers at other employer's I've worked for would do. Wages- I thought the wages were very fair and more then competitive compared to other warehousing companies. Increases in pay were administered based on performance but also time working for the company. I knew employees who made themselves noticed by hard work, improving performance and wanting to grow in the company that received more then fair raises in pay. This is how team players moved up in the company. There were also company events such as food trucks, softball tournaments and an amazing company Christmas party where employees are rewarded with dinner, dance, live band, games and real prizes and recognition of outstanding service and anniversaries of long running employees. I only worked for Clark Associates one year and I will never forget my time there. I would work there again if I didn't live such a distance from home.
Cons
None that couldn't be dealt with by planning, organizing and team work.

Pros
This company is overall good for giving them a try. Good work/life balance, good salary, good people. Office is really comfortable with a Gym in the building. The company provides very detailed training for new employee and love to answer any question you might have. It is very enjoyable to attend every Thursday’s buyer meeting. The argument between CEO and buyers is the most fun time to learn the business and critical thinking during the week. PS: H1B sponsorship is open to discuss.
Cons
The company only like to hire and keep invest on the people who are good at product management (how to market your product, how to set up price to increase revenue etc.), so you will be doing lots of sourcing, pricing, gathering information for the product. You will learn something through doing these tasks. I believe that these tasks are useful down the road. You just have to bear with those repetitive tasks without a whole picture of it for a long time.

Pros
Working for Clark Associates has been an extremely rewarding experience--I was surprised to see some of the negative reviews on Glassdoor. As a programmer, my experience here been excellent. Simply put, if you're a hard worker, you will succeed here. You will be compensated (both in terms of salary and position) for the effort you put in and the knowledge that you attain. Clark Associates really values a strong work ethic. The work environment here is far better than any company I've ever worked for. We're provided with free lunches just about every week, the dress code is very relaxed, there's a gym on site, and the office building is brand new. The employees here are friendly and all seem to excel at what they do. Management is also very lenient as to when you come in and leave, as long as the hours are put in. There are even several employees that telecommute a few days a week. As a programmer, decisions and code that you write every day directly impact the company's success, which is very appealing to me. I would definitely recommend Clark Associates, especially to other programmers.
Cons
As some other reviews have said, there is some turnover. That said, I have never seen an employee that was "inexplicably" fired. As I said in the Pros section, if you display a strong work ethic and competent ability, you have nothing to worry about. In the past, I've worked at companies in which there was NO turnover. Although it felt nice to always feel job security, there was always at least one individual you'd have to carry because they'd never pull their weight. Working extra hours because management won't cut the weak links from your team is not very fun.

Pros
Clark Associates, Inc. is made up of strategically designed companies that meet unique market demands in the food service, equipment, and supplies industry. At the center is a group of shared services (Training & Development, Employee Experience, Payroll, etc.) that feed into all of these smaller companies. I've found that the common outcome in every situation our company has worked through is a legitimate focus on answering the questions, 'is this ethical, is it aligned to our business principles, and does it honor the people that work for us?' It is a company that provides the opportunity for growth for those that are hungry enough to go after it. For that reason, the type of employee that is attracted here is someone who is passionate, driven , and is comfortable with risk.
Cons
Nothing to note here. The company is constantly reviewing growth areas and focusing action to improve.

Pros
Great program. You learned how a business works (one that has begun to go international) and it was fun. The company gives employees lots of benefits and the interns are treated just as employees.
Cons
Work could be slow at times

Pros
They treat their employees well and have a small company mindset even though they are a pretty big company at this point. If you work hard and do well in your role, you will get promoted.
Cons
I honestly don't have any!
