    Pros

Flexible shift, great co-workers, and opportunities for advancement. It was a good environment to learn more about higher education administration.

    Cons

The salary was low and there is high-turnover. There can be a perception of work-place cliques and the in-crowd. Stay professional at all times!

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Clark Atlanta University full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The work environment is family friendly. Co workers are also cordial an mostly professional. Working with young adults on a daily basis is also professionally rewarding.

    Cons

The major problem is the expensive salary comprehension problem on the academic side, with most recent hires making more money than longstanding employees forvthexsame jobs.

    Advice to Management

The administrative side of the house should be stream lined to reduce the number of high paying staff with seemingly duplicate jobs. Honest attempt to make the salaries of the academic staff competitive with peer instructions.
