    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Clark Construction Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Many extra curricular training and activities. Always something to do with the company for fun. Very community service oriented.

    Cons

Over work their people by under staffing their projects. More business oriented than Construction oriented.

    Advice to Management

Pay your people more, staff your jobs better, and stop promoting young ignorant project managers and project executives that aren't ready to take on their titled role.

    Pros

Clark Construction provides a family atmosphere where you feel like more than just a number in the organization on the West Coast. There is ample opportunity for you to make yourself stand out and take your career in the direction that you desire.

    Cons

With construction, there is always the relocation to new projects that comes into play. At these times, it seems that the company waits until the last minute to notify employees of future assignments. This could lead to personal problems in employee's personal lives and ultimately cause a turnover problem in the company.

    Advice to Management

Communication up and down the chain of command in the company could be improved, in terms of communication from the employees in the field up to the upper management in the regional office. This especially goes for potential future assignments that the employee could be assigned to.
