Being able to interact with passenger's, meet people from all over the world. Being able to look out the window and watch planes take off and land.
Cons

Pros
Nearly fifty percent of all visitors to Las Vegas come through McCarran. Ranked the seventh-busiest airport in North America, McCarran served a record-breaking 47.7 million passengers in 2007. Our airport is now the second busiest origin and destination airport, which means that more domestic passengers are processed through the airport’s ticketing, security checkpoints and baggage claim than any airport except Los Angeles International Airport. As a world leader in airport management, McCarran continues to place the emphasis on providing the best customer service possible. The Clark County Department of Aviation offers employee benefits that are among the best in the industry, including paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, and employer paid retirement. Full-time employees and their families are eligible for low cost life, dental, vision and health insurance.
Cons
McCarran is a 24 hour a day, seven day a week organization. If you are not prepared to work any shift on any day, this may not be the place for you.
