    I have been working at Clarke full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Work alone on specified sites. Compensated for gas and tolls while driving to/from sites. Opportunity for cash bonus for referring future employees, equipment is provided.

    Cons

    I have nothing negative to say, I really enjoy the job and company. Clarke cares for employees and our world!

    If you could not find any where else to work.

    Cons

    When your boss constantly tells you how replaceable you are. Pay is well below industry standard. You are completely on your own and safety is not a high concern.

    Pros

    Friendly people

    Lots of opportunity to learn / take on work

    Caring supportive lower level managers and coworkers

    Overtime rarely required

    Good location, free parking,

    Cons

    Physical environment is lacking (old building)

    Management changes have been challenging

    Top down management style. (Executive)

    Bonus criteria is not transparent - changes often.

    Needs more social events to improve morale

    Comunication is key, employees will endure changes and tough times a lot better if channels of communication are open and they feel trusted.
