    Pros

Good working environment. Good company culture (treatment of employees, benefits etc).

    Cons

Tedious after a few years. Employees gossiping and backbiting. Cannibalistic career climbing predators.

I worked at Clarks as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have really good pay for all and benefits. They give you enough training to fit shoes properly to their standards

    Cons

didnt feel well supported. want a lot from you in a short amount of space.

    Advice to Management

be more verbal and congratulate employees when they have done something well

I worked at Clarks part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The benefits, having 2 free pairs of shoes and the company pays well too.
Also the team was lovely to work with.

    Cons

The managers just expect too much from you straight away, they set you high targets to reach and if you don't reach them your constantly getting pulled aside or into the office and questioned.
The job wasn't about the customers at all as the team leaders made out in the interview , being a Sales Assistant at Clarks was more about how much money the company needs to be making.
So you had to be quite forceful towards customers.

I worked at Clarks part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Personal targets to help you do the best that you can meant that people felt as though they were individually cared about.
Managers etc genuinely lovely, always there to help you out if you're struggling but also push you to do a good job independently.
Job although busy at times isn't too difficult.
Living wage for everyone which is lovely.

    Cons

As I worked as a summer temp, there was no real progression and I also was allocated as the person to work mostly at the till and wasn't given training in shoe fitting, which I feel was a decision that made me feel a bit discriminated against.
Otherwise there are absolutely no complaints, this was just from my personal experience.

    Advice to Management

Absolutely nothing I could say to criticise really, well done.
