I worked at Clean Energy full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good healthcare benefits, 401K, Ice cream once a year

    Cons

The whole company is built around creating wealth and benefits for the executives. When the company is losing money, the executives fly first class, give themselves bonuses and stock options. Don't expect stock options for as an employee. Stock options are secretively handed out to a select few. Low salary and never a salary increase. many rounds of layoffs. This is a sinking ship. There are many other ships in this... industry. Don't get on this top-heavy titanic.

    Advice to Management

This will never happen: Care about the people in the company that do the work. Executives need to take a pay cut and stop the crazy spending when your company is losing money.
