I worked at CleanScapes full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I loved working at this growing, successful company with great customer service, up to date technology and concern for the environment.

    Cons

There was a fair amount of bureaucracy at the parent company which caused delays in everyday processes as well as in implementing improvements.

    Advice to Management

Continue the focus on the people working there since they are the key to keeping customers and other business partners happy.

I have been working at CleanScapes full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

This has been one of the best office environments I've worked in for a long time. I have never met a group of people (drivers included) who have been so friendly and easy to get along with.
Even the CEO is friendly and easy going, on the few occasions that I have had the opportunity to be around him.
Pay is fair and benefits are excellent.

    Cons

Corporate hoops can be difficult at times, lots of hoops to jump through and it seems that procedures change every few months.

    Advice to Management

Keep going in this great direction.

    Pros

Regular overtime and good teamwork to get the job done
New trucks that are CNG not diesel.
    Union job with great pay.

    Cons

New drivers do not receive enough training and are required to be able to go on any route, whether you know it or not, to fill in for the regular driver until you win the bid - based on seniority - for a route of your own.

    Advice to Management

    Develop an official training program
