    I worked at Clear Channel full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    not the hardest of daily tasks but that can also be a con in terms of getting mundane, although there were interns to help with the more frivolous tasks. radio work felt "cool" and there was a work hard, play hard team environment.

    Cons

    growth within the company seemed difficult only in terms of time, it seemed as if i would have to wait forever to move up but that may have just been the . also, long work hours because there was a lot to be done, but again, the work itself wasn't difficult so not that much of a con

    Advice to Management

    pay more attention to employees in terms of incentives, allow growth to be more possible!!

    Get all new management. All of them are shady self centered bigots who will sell their souls and yours for the right price

    Pros

    Good job for someone willing to put in long hours and hard work for little pay and recognition. 100% commission is never the way to go.

    Cons

    Unless you've been in the industry for 10+ years don't count on anyone paying you any attention or even acting like they're interested in your success. It's a revolving door.

    Advice to Management

    Take more interest in the training and development if your people and maybe they'll stick around for more than 6 months
