    Pros

Ample opportunity to learn with very seasoned workers. Management will listen to employees and take suggestions well. Really care about their customers and service to them.

    Cons

Must be a self starter in some cases and be able to be independent. Could use more training in new fields of opportunity earlier.

    Pros

Small organization where you can make a difference. Senior management cares. I liked my co-workers

    Cons

Too many cliques between developers and the rest of the company for such a small organization. Also cliques between the "old guard" and newer employees. Small size in a recession makes its survival unpredictable. Not as safe a place as a big company

    Advice to Management

    Destroy the cliques

I worked at Clear Technologies as an intern

    Pros

They took the time to teach me new marketing techniques and then gave me the freedom to work on projects that were assigned. They were very nice and helpful, and flexible with me taking summer classes during that time as well!

    Cons

None really, management was open to any suggestions you may have about the work you wanted to do.

    Pros

Small, entrepreneurial, access to the top brass shoulder-to-shoulder on the floor.

    Cons

Not knowledgeable of software industry, which they are trying to get into. Their space is hardware, selling SANs.

    Advice to Management

Do not appoint people in positions who can't do the job.
