    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Clear2Pay full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Empowerment, flexibility and pride of ownership.

    Cons

Complete lack of career path management. Little to no communication. A European HQ that is disconnected from the rest of the regional business units.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate, care, be realistic.

    I worked at Clear2Pay full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, wonderful people with a strong work ethic, leader in their space, top notch business acumen. US offices offer work from home possibilities.

    Cons

Tech is at "bank speed" (i.e. 10 years old), proprietary, governed by a group with an almost religious arrogance against anything past 2004. Development is mostly outsourced. No training offered, no tech conferences, no documentation.

A career killer for those wanting to stay in tech, but probably great for those wanting banking, management, or project management experience.

    Pros

    No good thing is there.

    Cons

Some of the managers humiliates the newly joined employees in front of the team no matters if employees are experienced or freshers.
I strongly recommend not to join Clear2pay .
At the time of joining, they shows it is Fidelity company and after that employee gets confused it is clear2pay or fidelity. Some policies are of Fidelity and some policies are of clear2pay. HR always confused about that.
Infrastructure is too bad as there are no seats for newly joined employees.

    Pros

The good thing about to set yourself in any good old group and be nostalgic to collage life. It has nothing to do with company policy or so called pros.

    Cons

Have tons of cons but in short, they don't have idea what policies is all about. I was victim of that sort of behavior. I was not on notice period but they showing me before acquisition policy.

    Advice to Management

Do not run company as retails store manager or contractor.

they exploit employees by forcing to work on weekends, can't they increase team size to avoid it as it happens every month, every project

    Advice to Management

Grow up, make way for newer generation , you (BU heads) are too poor in vision

If employee released from project then released from company.
    Internal politics too much.
Middle and upper management believe in politics rather then to focus on their work.
    Play with employees future.

    Advice to Management

Please stop firing employee without any information.
Stop internal politics of higher and middle management.

    I worked at Clear2Pay full-time

    Pros

Bright people, great technical practices, good decision making around types of roles required.

    Cons

Employees may be bullied into towing company line if they try to improve team culture, add best practices, or indicate that they are being bullied. During my time there, some excellent people were pushed out the door.

    Advice to Management

Letting the loudest voice, most political player reign doesn't lead to the best product, the best team or the best output. It's not possible to make everyone happy but bullying and intimidation should never be tolerated.
