I worked at ClearTrail Technologies full-time

    Pros

    1. Improve your capabilities to be insulted in front of everyone and still keep mum and do your work.
    2. Develop the skill to throw whatever you have created, in bin.
    3. Very good company for people who don't want to be with their family (as you will get to go home just for sleep)
    4. Increase your capacity to not sleep and still continue to work, 7 days a week, for 3-4 months.
    5. Learn the concept that you don't have a personal life if you are not in any relationship. And therefore, no need for work life balance.
    6. Look out for good reviews filled by company's management and HRs to keep good rating.

    Cons

    1. Management thinks they own you. They will make you work 15-16 hours a day, and still make you feel like you are the worst technical employee in the whole world.
    2. There are no industry processes, nor standards. They use a different technology for every new feature. So you don't get to learn anything. And those technologies are rarely used in other companies. So no real learning.
    3. There is no growth within the company. Your designation may change, but your work will remain same.
    4. Whatever you do, it's never enough for them.. Whatever you create, the manager will call it the ST word, the thing humans produce every morning.
    5. They will micromanage you, poke every hour, waste time in scolding you for nothing, and then scold you for not completing the task on time.
    6. They will plan the dates in such a way that you have to stay late and come on weekends. They will enforce the timelines on you and say that you are committing this date. And then you will be blamed for not delivering on time, not honoring YOUR commitment.
    7. On top of everything, they will ask you why are you not happy? As per them, you are working with the 'market leader'.
    8. The managers take pride in the fact that they were working in office 1 day prior to their own wedding. (really?). And they expect more than this from you!!

    Advice to Management

    1. There is only one person acting as management. They say, everyone else follows. If anyone raises their voice, they are asked to come for a one on one with that management. What happens in the cabin, remains there. So as a professional you may think that you should say something, but have an offer letter in your hand before doing any such thing.
    2. Some project managers behave like superiors. To them, you are just hires. They can shout on you anytime, anywhere. They have the best technical knowledge and you are underneath them. Your experience does not matter. (Beware of them at least if you are planning to join)
    3. No matter how much you dedicate yourself, stay till 2-3 in the morning, they will find something to make you look like useless. Even some of the team leads behave this way.
    4. Anything you say against them, will be used against you, to prove that you know nothing (why do they even hire such dumb employees then?).
    5. The so called management has no ownership. They will change their word within the same meeting and behave like nothing happened. One meeting you are building a car, in the next you will realize it was all for nothing, because management wanted a shopping mall. And may be a mars rover in the third.
    6. Only advice, wake up. You have some really good talent. Come out of one man show. Many people have left you and many are looking out. Learn to respect others. You're not a market leader. And if you want to become one, start respecting your employees also, instead of just your management.
    7. And build a real HR department and real HR personals. Do not keep them as puppets. Good HRs bring and retain good people. Yours just dance on your tune.

I worked at ClearTrail Technologies full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    1. You'll learn to be ridiculed and then laugh at jokes of the same person who ridiculed you. In short become 'shameless and devoid of all self respect'.
    2. Never have to worry about Family as they won't let you go home (even on weekends you need plead to go home)
    3. Learn how to post false 5 star reviews on glassdoor and fool the people at 'great place to work for'

    Cons

    1. No industry standards followed. Though you'll learn but won't be helpful anywhere else in the industry.
    2. One Man Army, you'll feel like living in North Korea what the dictator says or thinks is the law and only truth. Period.
    3. You'll be call the F word in meetings, blamed for anything that goes wrong (if you are not one of the favourite guys). Basically treated like, not a liability, but stinky Trash.
    4. Be ready for scoldings openly, in meetings, questions on your capabilities, day in day out, 24x7
    5. No authenticity. Irony is they'll teach you authenticity while being unreal themselves. You can seriously make out the difference and they won't bat an eyelid.
    6. Best of luck finding HR and it's practices as the HR reports directly to the dictator.

    Advice to Management

No advice can help deaf ears. More than 20 people leave the organization in less than 4 months, if this can't wake them nothing can!
