    The only Con for some would be in where Clearent is in their journey - growing rapidly from a small to mid-size and soon large company - frequent change in process and a revolving door of acquisitions as they strengthen their product portfolio and secure the right partnerships to drive company growth and longevity. While I see this as a Pro, this may not be a fit for those who are looking for something a bit more static.

    Advice to Management

    Continue to listen to employees, from front line to leadership as the company grows and changes - keeping proactive and responsive communication at the forefront and incorporating their ideas into the growth strategy will keep the growth exciting for employees and help secure the A players along the way.

    Currently, the location is a bit snug. Parking their isn't the easiest. There are however plans to move to a new building soon.

    Work on your own schedule, great flexibility, unlimited income potential. Friendly management, and responsive sales support and customer service. Fair benefits.

    Cons

    Selling a commodity product, with the competition constantly catching up to any innovations... despite best efforts to sell on service, many small business owners only care about price, because they constantly get bombarded with countless merchant services providers offering similar products

    Advice to Management

    Management is offering the right rewards and incentives... they need to keep innovating, try to integrate with more POS systems, and offer better online solutions, such as a mobile app that gives merchants remote access to their processing equipment.

    Very low hourly, treat staff like inmates, no flexibility on schedules, micromanaged beyond belief. It's a borderline Boiler Room. They use a phone masking leads to get people to answer their phones. Many leads just ask to be removed and say have asked many times. When someone asks to be removed, they wait a while and put them back on lists. Most leads are horribly old and the new people get the oldest. Setting all up...

    Get rid of all of your former addicts and hire reputable people with experience managing adult human beings, not daycare.

      Sales training does not prepare newbies for the job. Growing rapidly but support leaking behind during the growth

      Set up training at a set location for all New comers to train together. It builds comradery. Set up sales support and customer support to match sales growth.
