    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Cleary Brothers Landscape full-time

    Pros

If you're motivated, you can do really well there. You can call your own shots but you must be willing to call them. There is more oversight now than before but it's generally in the form of support. The company is growing with means opportunity if you want to move up

    Cons

Recognition for effort is lacking. This is getting better but it's an issue. If you need lots of strokes, this is going to be tough. Management knows this and is making an effort but there's a long way to go.

    Advice to Management

Look for the positive and make mention of it every now and then. It's easy and cheap.

    Pros

The people, they are all pros. Very open and dedicated. Best that I have seen in the industry

    Cons

Tough to keep up with. I was clearly over my head

    Advice to Management

keep up the good work. Clean up some of the process, it can be confusing.

    Pros

Local owners who are active in the everyday business of the company and the development of the management staff. Very clear with goals and expectations but you are not micro managed. Good work is rewarded. All types of people are respected.

    Cons

The service provided is very professional but the company does struggle at times with set policies and procedures. At times roles are blurred but this could be because everyone works together toward a common goal. Benefit package is fair, not the best in the industry.

    Advice to Management

Management does such a good job in respecting and developing people that the cons posted above are an after thought.
