I have been working at Clementon Park & Splash World part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Plenty of hours, lots of people to be friends with, very easy to get hired, most of the supervisors are very nice & helpful. You can get into Dorney park , Hershey park, and six flags in Maryland for free.

    Cons

Working in heat with no AC, dealing with ghetto customers, SOMETIMES you won't get a break if it's too busy, schedules get messed up. And with the new cell phone policy people get fired left and right and the supervisors are forced to hire more people and barely train them correctly....

    Advice to Management

Management does a good job, just have to be stricter on the people who don't show up or mess up the schedules, and less worried about the cell phone policy.

I worked at Clementon Park & Splash World full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

I enjoyed meeting a whole bunch of new friends from different countries and I still stay in touch with a lot of them even the ones I met back in 2010

    Cons

The promote people who they know, lots of standing up in hot weather. They don't close funnel cake down until an hour after the park is closed

    Advice to Management

    Cook the food yourself
