I worked at Cleveland Clinic full-time (More than 10 years)
Good benefits but not as good as the past. Support staff is good but they are all required to do more each year.
It doesn't seem management knows what is going on especially at the regional sites. Support staff is pushed every year to do more or go somewhere else.
Advice to Management
Review all departments and put more resources into primary care
