I have been working at Cleveland Clinic full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Healthcare benefits are absolutely fantastic and 100% worth it.
Access to gym and other healthy choice options for free are a plus.

    Cons

Overall: Not really one that pops up.
Position: Sort of stuck in the position. Hard to get promotions/raises that make you want to stay and keep working towards something. Sort of the same thing day-to-day promotion or not.

    Advice to Management

It should be okay for people to draw apart from each other in terms of work position/seniority. If two people start working at the same time, it's very possible the rewards for work ethic will differ. One should be able to climb the ladder with honest hard work independent of others in the same lab/department. Also, a promotion should be a standard minimum of a specified amount for the raise that accommodates it. It's unfair that one may get a 10% raise and the other a 3% raise for the same hard work and promotional title. The inability to do this leads to disappointment and a lower motivation to climb the ladder and work hard.
