I have been working at Cleveland Clinic part-time

    Pros

Looks great on a resume and the benefits are good

    Cons

They treat you like a number, they nickle and dime you, they act like its a privilege to work for them, their training is low quality, they hire workers to be supervisors when the worker have no experience supervising and then they don't train them in their new position either.

    Advice to Management

Recognize hard work, if not monetarily then at least personally.
