A culture of yelling rather than coaching, confrontation rather than collaboration. It became a taxing place to work because of the environment.

In terms of our processes, we are always looking for better and more efficient and effective ways to operate. We are not perfect. We operate in a very fast paced industry and are always open to suggestions on how to make our employees more effective in their work. Pros
Exciting and challenging work, opportunity to work with all manner of devices and design one-of-a-kind software solutions. Several truly passionate people who are a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Pay has not kept up with the market rate. Low performers continue to be carried along by their peers, getting moved to new teams for "fresh starts" when the writing is already on the wall (and in some cases has been on the wall for years).

Historically, Clever Devices has had a very low attrition rate which we attribute to the passion and rewarding work you referred to. 2022 has been a challenge for many companies. And while our attrition rate has been higher in 2022 than in past years, we are still well below the average attrition rate for the tech sector. Interesting industry. Clever Devices manages lots of pieces in a very complex puzzle. There are clear intentions to master every aspect of the Transit world and they are definitely one of the best players worldwide.
Cons
There is a lot of room for improvement in the logistics department. Several attempts to systematize their processes fall short.
