Pros
Exciting and challenging work, opportunity to work with all manner of devices and design one-of-a-kind software solutions. Several truly passionate people who are a pleasure to work with.
Cons
Pay has not kept up with the market rate. Low performers continue to be carried along by their peers, getting moved to new teams for "fresh starts" when the writing is already on the wall (and in some cases has been on the wall for years).

Interesting industry. Clever Devices manages lots of pieces in a very complex puzzle. There are clear intentions to master every aspect of the Transit world and they are definitely one of the best players worldwide.
Cons
There is a lot of room for improvement in the logistics department. Several attempts to systematize their processes fall short.
