    Pros

Rick actually cares about his employees. Typically if you need anything and you ask him he will make sure you are taken care of. He does not encourage lying or deceit to customers. He is the greatest guy you will ever work for.
The hours are very flexible, depending on the store you work for and the manager. The pay is amazing, but also depends on the store and location. You get paid per everything you sell, but some stores don't have the traffic to make up for the low hourly you will get.

    Cons

    - Low hourly in comparison to experience, and education.
    - The executive team is growing and new, and there is a lot of them that don't seem to do their jobs so they leave you hanging.
    - Promotions in this company often means less money.
    - Some managers encourage dishonest behavior to make sells, as there can be a lot of pressure to produce. (All Sales companies have a lot of pressure to sell, it is up to the sales people to have integrity under that pressure.)
    - benefits are minimal, and expensive.

    Advice to Management

    - Pay more if your employees have degrees, or the experience. (we get job offers often, and you end up losing your best employees because of the pay.)
    - Pay attention to those you are hire in corporate office. I have heard nothing but complaints from fellow colleagues when it comes to anything and everything operations.
    - Offer real career advancements to get us off the floor when we are aspiring for more in life than a starter job.

    Pros

Meeting customers and helping to solve issues.

    Cons

Extremely low pay. The company makes money on both phone sales and repairs while the employees make very little but are sold into thinking they can make a living here. The only way to make real money here is if you lie, cheat or resell fixed phones. Customers are lied to thinking they are being sold new phones when they are refurbished. There is no such thing as a diagnostic machine yet customers are told their phones need to be connected to one to see what the phone issue is.

    Advice to Management

Get better business practices or expect a lawsuit coming your way when customers find out about your shady business practices.

    Pros

The pro's of working for such an amazing company is the transparency the leadership has with us. We have all the tools necessary to build on our business and make a difference for our customers. As a store manager and hopeful District leader, we have all the support and development to advance in the company.

    Cons

I would not say a con, but getting inventory on a timely basis for our customers.

    Advice to Management

Keep Growing!!! I am excited for the future.

    Pros

This company is great!!! Many opportunity's for advancement for driven individuals. As a Store manager you are given the power to directly impact your stores performance and your own pay.

    Cons

    Not many come to mind.

    Advice to Management

Although we have some very talented individuals, increasing the base line pay for sales Associates and Tech's would help recruitment, although , certainly not the worst in the industry.

I have been working at ClickAway full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

There are many opportunities for growth for sales minded individuals. The owner is 100% committed to building the best sales team, technical team and environment for growth. Income is based on sales and/or percentage of profit. The owner is more then willing to share. With pay, it is a slightly higher risk but in my experience the rewards are unparalleled in our industry.

    Cons

The cons are if you are not looking to interact with customers. Most all the positions require interacting with customers. If you are looking for a high base pay you should look elsewhere. As mentioned in the pro section there are tons of opportunities to make a lot of income based on commission not base salaries.
